The Cowboys spent real capital to be 41 picks early on Caden Curry, and the board is going to hold them to it. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

Getting Taylor where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class.

They will answer for taking edge rusher early while wide receiver, quarterback and other spots went begging. Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.
