The value of the weekend has a name and a slot: Jeremiah Trotter Jr., the 91st overall pick, roughly 23 picks past where he belonged.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. It is not that Trotter Jr. is a bad player; it is that the Packers had louder needs to answer first.

They are betting Keegan proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
