B
Dallas Cowboys
Nothing loud, just a tidy B for the Cowboys.

· 2 steals
· 3 reaches
They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Evan Anderson, 38 picks early at pick No. 244.
They will regret leaving wide receiver for another day if the season turns on it. That Davis pick is the receipt they will wave around later.
Good work on the whole, with wide receiver the one box left unchecked.
Pick-by-Pick
In the 27th overall pick they get a cornerstone up front. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
The board had Jonathon Brooks higher than Round 2, Pick 24, and the running back fell to them anyway. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
A reach for Khyree Jackson in pick No. 87; a little patience would have been rewarded. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Christian Mahogany at the Round 4 slot is a sensible buy, a touch better than market for the offensive lineman. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
The board fumbled Isaiah Davis all the way to No. 174, and they scooped it up. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
They took Jordan Magee at par in pick 216, which is nothing to complain about. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
They did well to land JD Bertrand in the Round 7 slot, just ahead of his grade. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Value said wait; Richard Jibunor in the 233rd overall pick says they were not listening. It fits a board better than it fits this team.
A swing that ignored the value entirely, Evan Anderson well ahead of where he belonged. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
