The Patriots treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending pick No. 231 on Anim Dankwah a full 74 spots early. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.
Drake Maye gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.
Getting Johnson where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.
