Whoever sat across the table from the Packers should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.
That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. They are betting McCaffrey proves the room right and everyone else wrong.
Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.

They went early on Luke McCaffrey in pick 125, and the value did not follow. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
