The tape said wait; the Dolphins did not. Taylen Green went at pick No. 130, a good 61 picks before the board was ready. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.
On value alone, Law makes the weekend a net positive. That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
Pick-by-Pick
In the Round 1 slot they get a home-run threat at receiver, reach and all. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Nothing to complain about; Emmanuel McNeil-Warren went a shade earlier than his grade, which is fine. A minor itch, scratched.
R Mason Thomas slipping to the 45th overall pick is the kind of luck good rooms make for themselves. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
A reasonable price with a little left over, Dontay Corleone in the 75th pick. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.

Steal is underselling it; Caden Curry at Round 5, Pick 14 is a heist with the alarm still ringing. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
