The Robert Spears-Jennings selection is the head-turner. The Titans reached 44 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. They banked enough surplus on Anderson to cover a lot of smaller sins.

That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
