The rest of the league will want that one back. Jay Higgins tumbling to the Cowboys in the 248th pick is a gift they did not have to think twice about. It nets out a thoroughly average C-.

Every board in the league had Green lower, and that gap is the story. They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. For all the activity, cornerback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

It grades out a shrug today, with plenty of room to move either way.
