The trade table was where it all came apart. The Patriots shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. The final tally is a middling C.

The Sinnott pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The Solomon pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at edge rusher, interior defensive lineman and other spots.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Worthy.

Hit on Graham Barton and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
