Nobody else had PJ Williams anywhere near Round 1, Pick 16. The Cardinals did, by 238 spots, and that gap is the whole story.
Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 1 of 8 of the wish list covered. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
