Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Vikings were there to profit. Jared Wilson, the No. 109 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick No. 161. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.
They are betting Gordon II proves the room right and everyone else wrong. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want. The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.
Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.

In pick 24 they get a disruptive interior force. A clean fit for the roster.
Nice patience on Denzel Burke, who had no business lasting to the 97th pick. A minor itch, scratched.
Ollie Gordon II at No. 140 is the kind of overdraft that needs everything to break right. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Taking Jared Wilson in slot 161 is close to grand larceny; an offensive lineman that good had no business lasting this long. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
