The real work happened on the phones. The Vikings fleeced their trade partners, turning their picks into a noticeably bigger pile than they started with.

Landing Tracy Jr. that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. They will answer for taking cornerback early while edge rusher and tight end went begging.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
