The war room fell hard for Wesley Williams, and it showed at the 239th overall pick: 73 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. More right than wrong, and a B to match.
On value alone, Hill Jr. makes the weekend a net positive. A whole weekend of picks and running back is somehow still a want.
On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the running back spot they never got to.
