The trade table was where it all came apart. The Eagles shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill.

They have staked the next five years on Jayden Daniels, which is the only story that really matters here. Spending an early pick on linebacker with interior defensive lineman and tight end open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Landing Oladapo that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, interior defensive lineman very much included.
