The cost of the Hartman reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Leaving tight end unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Getting Thomas Jr. where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.
A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
