Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Malachi Corley got past him. The Patriots do not have to explain a thing at pick 112. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. Adding Robert Spillane by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies. They will need Van Pran to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
