The value of the weekend has a name and a slot: Davison Igbinosun, slot 152, roughly 26 picks past where he belonged. No fireworks, but a solid B.
A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. They went 6 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
They chose more darts over a bigger single swing.
Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
Pick-by-Pick
In the 23rd overall pick they get a green-dot type in the middle, outstanding value to boot.
A slide stopped in the 54th pick, with Emmanuel Pregnon worth more than the price. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
A quiet steal in pick No. 92: Max Klare for less than the market said. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
They read the board right and Zakee Wheatley was the payoff at Round 3, Pick 34. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
By-the-book stuff, Jalon Kilgore at No. 116 squarely in line with his ranking. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
They took Parker Brailsford at par in slot 122, which is nothing to complain about. It fills a real need, too.

Nothing to complain about; Aaron Anderson went a shade earlier than his grade, which is fine. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Somehow Le'Veon Moss was still sitting there in Round 6, Pick 34, and they pounced on premier running back value. A need, and now a little less of one.
