If confidence were a draft strategy, the Chargers would have aced it. Mike Sainristil at pick No. 37 is 43 spots clear of where he belonged. No fireworks, but a solid B.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. However the rest shakes out, Wilson at that price is a win they earned.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
