Call it larceny. Kaleb Johnson sat on the board until Round 4, Pick 26, and the Texans did not need to be asked twice.
They will need Wilson to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They punted on wide receiver, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
They left with running back solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. The skill positions did well by the weekend.
A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.

In slot 25 they get a red-zone target to build around, and a steal at that. A real need, handled.
Circle this one: Tyler Booker at Round 2, Pick 26 is a fall that decides a draft. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Jared Wilson at the 89th pick is an overdraft of the loud, memorable kind. A need, and now a little less of one.
They will replay Kaleb Johnson at pick 127 for years; that is how good the value is. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Darius Alexander at the Round 5 slot is daylight robbery; nobody expected him to last. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
