The weekend has a hole in the middle of it named cornerback, a need the Bengals walked right past.
They left with interior defensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.
A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.

By-the-book stuff, Keldric Faulk at Round 1, Pick 10 squarely in line with his ranking. Useful depth more than a marquee fix.
A straight-up fair deal on Caleb Banks at the 41st overall pick, value and slot in agreement. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
No edge and no loss on Keylan Rutledge in pick 72; it is a wash and a sensible one. A need, and now a little less of one.
