For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Lions walked out of the weekend still thin at offensive lineman, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.
Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.
In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.

In pick No. 17 they get a pocket-collapsing interior rusher. Need was not the driver here.
D'Angelo Ponds at Round 2, Pick 18 is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
