For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Packers walked out of the weekend still thin at cornerback, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.
They went 1 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. They reloaded the coverage unit in bulk.
A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.

They paid sticker price for A.J. Haulcy in No. 52, and that is fine. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.
Dani Dennis-Sutton at the 84th pick is right where the board had him, plain and simple. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
