There is a lot to like until you notice offensive lineman is still a hole. The Titans never got to the one that mattered most.
They went 3 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
Pick-by-Pick
In Round 1, Pick 4 they get a featured back. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Omar Cooper Jr. in No. 35 is exactly on the number, no argument either way. A need, and now a little less of one.
A straight-up fair deal on Dontay Corleone at the Round 3 slot, value and slot in agreement. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
