Thirty-one other rooms let Jaxson Dart slide, and the Dolphins were the ones holding the card at the Round 4 slot. Highway robbery. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.
The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer. If Taylor pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.
Quarterback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.

In the 29th pick they get a plug-and-play piece up front. A clean fit for the roster.
Ajani Cornelius at No. 61 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
They paid sticker price for Joshua Gray in slot 93, and that is fine. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Jaxson Dart in the Round 4 slot is the kind of fall that makes a whole class. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
