When a board-topper like Javon Bullard slides to the 107th overall pick, you do not overthink it, and the Giants did not.
The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Rattler pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. Safety was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
