This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: McCallan Castles, the No. 152 name on the board, stolen at pick 185. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.
The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Solomon pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with interior defensive lineman, safety and other spots still on the board.
A small leak at the table, if not a fatal one.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
Pick-by-Pick
In pick No. 6 they get a home-run threat at receiver at fair value. It fills the loudest need on the roster.

No drama and no debate, Christian Haynes went about where he belonged in Round 3, Pick 6. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Hard to square with the roster. With positions of obvious need still on the board, Javon Solomon adds an OLB-EDGE and leaves interior defensive lineman, safety and other spots untouched.
They barely believed it either: Justin Eboigbe still on the board at No. 143. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
The board fumbled McCallan Castles all the way to slot 185, and they scooped it up. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Isaiah Davis at the 207th overall pick is daylight robbery; nobody expected him to last. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
