It is a puzzling start. The Packers had quarterback, wide receiver and other spots to solve and reached instead for Cole Bishop, a safety, at pick 135. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Watson has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
