The Cowboys torched the value chart for Blake Watson, taking him 41 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.
They will regret leaving cornerback for another day if the season turns on it. The Van Pran steal is the beam this whole class leans on.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but cornerback.

Fabien Lovett in the 174th pick is the kind of reach that only looks good if he outplays it. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Quietly one of the better values of the day, Jaylan Ford at the Round 6 slot. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
