Somebody took the Cowboys to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. The process wobbled, and the D- is where it lands.

The whole projection now runs through Jayden Daniels; hit there and everything else looks smarter. Leaving tight end unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

If Reed pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The Jackson pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and tight end is still a hole.
