You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Cowboys did exactly that with Collin Oliver in the Round 5 slot. Hard to defend, and the D+ reflects that.

On value alone, Sampson makes the weekend a net positive. Shedeur Sanders is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. On the needs board they went 8 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most.

A rough weekend that leaves the roster with more questions than answers.
