If confidence were a draft strategy, the Chargers would have aced it. Taulia Tagovailoa at No. 253 is 35 spots clear of where he belonged. Just about everything broke right, and the A- follows.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher. The Flournoy steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

In the end it comes back to Troy Franklin, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
