The Cowboys did not so much draft De'Corian Clark as overpay for him, 33 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. However the rest shakes out, Greenfield at that price is a win they earned.

The Justin Madubuike deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
