If confidence were a draft strategy, the Cardinals would have aced it. Jake Garcia at pick No. 136 is 199 spots clear of where he belonged.
Getting Muhammad where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up.
Hit on Jonah Savaiinaea and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
