The Vikings spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Omarion Hampton, the No. 30 name on the board, in slot 97.
They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. Job largely done: safety settled and 3 of 8 of the wish list covered.
The back end got a real overhaul.
Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
