The rest of the league had time to spare on Zion Logue; the Chargers did not wait, grabbing him 67 spots ahead at the 183rd pick.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. They banked enough surplus on Watson to cover a lot of smaller sins.

Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
