Thirty-one other rooms let Smael Mondon Jr. slide, and the Commanders were the ones holding the card at pick 236. Highway robbery.
The Oben pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up.
Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.

In slot 29 they get a ballhawk on the outside. Exactly the need they had to hit.
A real head-scratcher, Charles Grant in the 61st pick is miles ahead of his ranking. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
