Start where it matters. The Commanders took Caleb Williams to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. They will regret leaving running back for another day if the season turns on it.

The Liufau pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. They will need Clark to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

In the end, a coin-flip class: fine today, with a wide range of outcomes ahead.
