There is reaching, and then there is Michael Wiley at pick No. 161. The Chiefs jumped the board by 29 and dared it to prove them wrong. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

Barrett falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
