Somebody in pick No. 124 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Jaguars sat still while Mike Washington Jr., the No. 72 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

They will need Payton to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
