Call it larceny. Chase Bisontis sat on the board until Round 3, Pick 24, and the Jaguars did not need to be asked twice. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

They will need Curry to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. A modest surplus at the table, banked quietly.

They went 8 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
