Call it larceny. Quinshon Judkins sat on the board until the Round 5 slot, and the Patriots did not need to be asked twice. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

The Horn Jr. reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They punted on safety, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
