It is the swing that defines the weekend: Frank Gore Jr. in the 188th pick, a good 66 spots before the room expected him. They executed a plan and it shows in the A-.

They have staked the next five years on Jayden Daniels, which is the only story that really matters here. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. On value alone, Odunze makes the weekend a net positive.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.

In the end it comes back to Jayden Daniels, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
