The one they had to fix is still broken. The Rams left wide receiver untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul.
Ponds falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.

In slot 13 they get a cornerstone up front. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Good things come to war rooms that wait, and D'Angelo Ponds at the 61st pick is the proof. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.
