The phones were a trap the Cowboys kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. Too much went sideways, and the D is the honest tally.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. If Miller pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Hill Jr..
