After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Patriots committed. Jayden Daniels is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

The Wilson pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.

In short, they turned a good board into a better roster, and it shows.
