Nobody had Eric O'Neill this high, and it is not close. The Commanders reached 46 spots to get him at pick 223. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

The Cisse pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Spending an early pick on linebacker with quarterback and interior defensive lineman open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
