Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Bengals, and the value they bled adds up to real damage. Too much went sideways, and the D is the honest tally.

That Dixon pick is the receipt they will wave around later. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. If Sinnott pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

Job largely done: cornerback settled and 7 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
