Nobody had Jaleel Skinner this high, and it is not close. The Bears reached 122 spots to get him at No. 248. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

They banked enough surplus on Moss to cover a lot of smaller sins. The Bears indulged a want in Styles while a need in interior defensive lineman and cornerback stayed open.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
