No fireworks, just a tidy B for the Jets.

You can draft well and still miss the point. The Jets did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to safety, which was the need that mattered most. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

Getting Jones where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Bell has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

They left with quarterback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
