The Seahawks won the night they stopped Pierce from sliding. Grade: B.

Somebody in pick 175 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Seahawks sat still while Hollin Pierce, the No. 138 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They are betting Sorrell proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
